Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. If you downgrade, you retain access to your current plan until the end of the billing period.
All your data remains intact. If you have more than 3 properties on Free, they become read-only — you won't be able to add new ones until you delete some or upgrade again.
Yes. The annual plan is billed once per year, upfront, at a discounted rate equivalent to 10 months (saving 2 months vs monthly billing).
We offer a 7-day refund policy for new subscriptions if you're not satisfied. Contact support@useprolio.com within 7 days of your first payment.
Promo codes can only be applied at the time of initial subscription. They cannot be retroactively applied to existing subscriptions.
