Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Prolio provides a digital real estate portfolio management platform for individual Nigerian investors. We offer Free, Premium, and Enterprise subscription tiers with different feature sets.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for: maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials; all activity that occurs under your account; ensuring the accuracy of information you enter; and complying with all applicable Nigerian laws when recording real estate data.

3. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Paystack. Annual plans are billed upfront. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We offer a 7-day refund on new subscriptions if you contact support within 7 days of first payment.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not: use the platform to store fraudulent property records; share your account credentials with others; attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the platform source code; or use the API to scrape data.

5. Data Accuracy

Prolio is an organisational tool. We do not verify the accuracy, legality, or completeness of property records you enter. We do not provide legal or financial advice.

6. Service Availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from account settings.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
